About the series
Between the sky and the earth is a triptych of photos that subtly captures a precise moment as a sequence. Moira, the portrayed model in the photos and in the video installation Climax – that accompanies the series- is condemn to repeat the same action over and over again, until exhaustion. She achieves her desire to vegetate in an eternal moment.
In the artist’s words, the series is the gaze of a woman from another woman’s point of view, exploring the relationship between artist and model.
